1:1 Coaching

For Newer Agents Or Those Selling Less Than $3 Million Per Year

Destination Coaching team will work with each agent in an individualized format over the first 3 months they sign up for the program.  These 3 months can start either when the brokerage onboards with our team, when the agent chooses to later sign up, or when an agent joins the brokerage.

The program will focus on the foundation of creating plans and actions.  The coach will work with the agent to help them identify what will work for them.  During this program, coaches will work with the agent on:

  • Identifying the agent persona (Rookie, Veteran, Team Leader, Team Member)
  • Conducting a SWOT analysis
  • Creating a business plan
  • Identify farm areas / demographic areas to focus marketing efforts
  • Implementing daily successful habits

All sessions in Itinerary will be one-on-one with the agent.  Calls will be for approximately 30 minutes 2x per month.

This program costs $159 / month / agent.  Access to the Passport group coaching is included in this pricing.
