For individual agents and team members, the Ascend program will help them get to the next level.
The program will dive deep with the agent into their business plans, areas of opportunity, marketing campaigns, ROI of those campaigns. During this program, coaches will assist the agent in conducting market research, helping them to plan out their business, identifying areas of opportunity, and more. Their coach becomes an integral part of their day-to-day business operations.
Coaches will help the agent:
- Quarterly audit of their business plan and goals
- Build daily habits that lead to long-term successes
- Better implement technology
- Craft a lasting marketing strategy
- Keep them accountable to executing on the plan
Sessions in the Ascend program will be 1:1 with the agent and customized to their unique situation. Calls will be for 30-45 minutes 2 x per month.
This program will cost $389 / month for all agents with a minimum 12-month commitment.
